Company ProfileePrequal was developed by industry experienced professionals who have a passion for providing e-commerce solutions in a traditionally difficult and confusing process, that of evaluating and closing real estate and mortgage transactions. Company founder and technology designer Dave Van Waldick, is a mortgage industry veteran with 20 years experience in finance, marketing, strategic planning, and e-commerce. He has a strong focus in mortgage origination and portfolio management, as well as automated property valuation and real estate sales and closing services. Founding Principal of WRFCO, Interactive since 1987 (formerly WRFCO Mortgage Consulting). The firm specializes in Mortgage and Real Estate Business Development and Technology applications. Working with some of the nation's top mortgage lenders and industry vendors to develop and improve business development and analytical decision tools. Mr. Van Waldick has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with a concentration in Corporate Finance and Portfolio Management.
